Refund Policy
We take extra care in quality but if customers are still not completely
satisfied with your purchase, customers may return the product within 5 working days
from the date of receipt for replacement with valid reason. Please note that before
dispatching any order, we record measurement part of the dress and keep them in
record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate
it by checking measurements from our database
We do not accept returns, or exchanges of custom orders
unless/otherwise they are sent incorrect or defective . Please know that you must provide us a written record
of the reason for return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the item.
Oversize, perishable or hazardous-material items cannot be returned. Items
that have been worn, ironed, steamed or washed will not be accepted as returns
or exchanges. Outfits that have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents,
have any kind of iron marks or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
All returned items must be returned to our office in Pakistan at customer's
own expense and responsibility
The shipping will not be refunded.
Any custom made orders (Apparel with unusual sizes)
and special orders, perishable items like flowers, cakes, mithai are not refundable at all.
If you are ordering flowers, cakes, mithai and you wish to
change or cancel your order, you should notify us within 1 hour of order being placed.
Items can be returned to our office in Pakistan. A minimum
of 20% handling fee will be charged for all refunds and exchanges
